Caleb’s academic approach to optimizing HR systems and human-centered understanding of high-performing workplaces has made him a trusted advisor and right hand to CEOs, CFOs, and small to medium-sized business owners. He has managed HR departments across a variety of business environments, demonstrating how a well-run HR function can produce huge improvements in employee health, happiness, engagement, and retention. Caleb recently completed a year-long organizational development initiative that generated a 100% increase in employee satisfaction ratings, a 20% increase in employee productivity, and an 80% reduction in turnover.

Caleb holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and organizational psychology with a minor in business management from the Carlson School of Management. He is a SHRM certified HR professional.
